Breakfast: Kashi Blueberry Whole Grain Waffles with a little sugar free Syrup
Lunch: Turkey sandwich (no cheese), pineapple, and a couple bites of blueberry crunch
Dinner: half of a bowl of white chicken chili with crackers.
Day 1 and I already broke my rule about no bad carbs at night. Unfortunately, It is because I am sick. The flu is no fun at all. This also means that I cannot exercise, according to my doctor... the Feb 150 is getting off to a rough start.
