Breakfast: I actually skipped breakfast this morning, not something I usually do, because I slept until 12:30.
Lunch: Cup of roasted red pepper and smoked gouda soup, with half of a tenderloin salad. Cheese isn't the healthiest but the cheese was minimal.
Dinner: Leftovers from lunch. Another cup of soup with the other half of my salad, and half of a wheat sandwich. Dinner at 7.
